    The Utah Mammoth kick off the 2025-26 preseason today in a split squad game against the Colorado Avalanche. Game 2 gets underway at 7:30 p.m. MT at Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado. Game #2 was delayed due to travel issues that also delayed Game #1 to 5:00 p.m.

    As it stands right now, this game will see the puck drop at 7:30. The Avalanche haven't the full lineup, but have named a few star forwards in each game. In this game, they will dress Artturi Lehkonen, Brock Nelson, Martin Necas and John Manson.
