Brock Boeser has been out of the Vancouver Canucks lineup for the last seven games.

The Vancouver Canucks could be receiving a massive boost on Tuesday as Brock Boeser is projected to return to the lineup against the Boston Bruins. Boeser has missed the last seven games with an upper-body injury after receiving a high hit from L.A. Kings forward Tanner Jeannot, which resulted in a three-game suspension. In 12 games this season, Boeser has six points and 11 points, along with 26 shots on goal.

According to Head Coach Rick Tocchet, Boeser's return depends on how the Canucks right-winger is feeling this evening as well as tomorrow. While Boeser has been practicing with the team for the past few days, today was the first day he was in a non-contact jersey. As for Boeser, after practice, he said he felt good and hopes that he can make his return to the lineup against the Bruins. 

If Boeser returns, Vancouver will need to shuffle its lines against Boston. Boeser was skating on a line with Teddy Blueger and Danton Heinen, which is most likely where he would slot in tomorrow evening. There could also be some changes to the power play units, as Boeser would most likely return to his place on the first unit. 

After a gutsy win against the Ottawa Senators, the Canucks continue their six-game road trip against the Bruins. The night will be special as Jake DeBrusk and Heinen will be making their returns to Boston after signing with Vancouver this past offseason. Game time is set for 4:00 pm PT.
