PlayNow Sports is one of the sites offering prop bets ahead of the tournament. They are the official betting partner of the Vancouver Canucks and are run by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC). With the tournament set to start in less than 24 hours, here is a look at some Canucks related bets that can be placed before the opening puck drop.

One of the most significant storylines this season was the rift between Elias Pettersson and J.T. Miller. The conflict was so bad that it eventually forced the organization to trade Miller to the New York Rangers. Lastly, PlayNow is offering prop bets on which team will walk away as champions. Canada has the best odds at 2.00, followed by the United States at 2.50. In third place is Sweden at 5.00, with Finland ranked fourth at 8.00.
The 4 Nations Face-Off starts Wednesday, February 12, when Canada takes on Sweden. The game will feature two members of Vancouver's team as Pettersson will take on Tocchet, who is an assistant coach for Team Canada. Puck drop is scheduled for 5 pm PT and can viewed on Sportsnet.
