PlayNow Sports is offering multiple Vancouver Canucks related prop bets ahead of the 4 Nations Face-Off.

On Wednesday, the highly anticipated 4 Nations Face-Off officially begins. This mid-season tournament will feature Team Canada, Team USA, Team Sweden and Team Finland competing to see which nation is the best. PlayNow Sports is one of the sites offering prop bets ahead of the tournament. They are the official betting partner of the Vancouver Canucks and are run by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC). With the tournament set to start in less than 24 hours, here is a look at some Canucks related bets that can be placed before the opening puck drop.

One of the most significant storylines this season was the rift between Elias Pettersson and J.T. Miller. The conflict was so bad that it eventually forced the organization to trade Miller to the New York Rangers. While Vancouver and New York don't meet until March 22, Pettersson and Miller will take the ice as rivals on February 17 when Sweden takes on the USA. 

PlayNow is offering specific prop bets ahead of this game. The first is "Elias Pettersson (F) to draw a Minor/Double Minor Penalty on J.T. Miller in the tournament 2025 4 Nations Face-Off Player Specials." The definition of this bet is "J.T Miller must be assessed a minor/double minor penalty based on a direct result of action on Elias Pettersson (F). EX J.T Miller gets 2 Min for tripping Elias Pettersson. Bets void if they players don't play against eachother. PlayNow decision is final." This prop bet is currently set at 4.00 for yes, with a $10.00 bet returning $40.00.

The other prop bet is "Elias Pettersson & J.T Miller Both to be issued 5 minute major penalties for fighting for an altercation between them 2025 4 Nations Face-Off Player Specials." The definition of this bet is "Elias Pettersson (F) and J.T. Miller must each be assessed a 5 Minute Major Penalty for fighting eachother for the market to be graded as a win. Bets void if they players don't play against eachother. PlayNow decision is final." This prop bet is currently set at 20.00 for yes, with a $10.00 bet returning $200.00. 

As for Pettersson-based prop bets, PlayNow is offering a few. The site has his over/under total points at 2.5, while his over/under for goals is 1.5. Below are the returns of $10.00 for each option.

Fans can also place bets on if Pettersson wins MVP. That prop bet is currently listed at 41.00, which is tied with Filip Forsberg, Mikko Rantanen and Jake Gentzel. For this prop bet, putting $10.00 would return $410.00

Lastly, PlayNow is offering prop bets on which team will walk away as champions. Canada has the best odds at 2.00, followed by the United States at 2.50. In third place is Sweden at 5.00, with Finland ranked fourth at 8.00.

The 4 Nations Face-Off starts Wednesday, February 12, when Canada takes on Sweden. The game will feature two members of Vancouver's team as Pettersson will take on Tocchet, who is an assistant coach for Team Canada. Puck drop is scheduled for 5 pm PT and can viewed on Sportsnet.
