    Vancouver Canucks defenseman Tyler Myers looks to have avoided a serious injury and will join the team on its upcoming road trip.

    Myers played one shift in last night's game against the Philadelphia Flyers before leaving with an injury. The defenseman was in serious pain, and although nothing had been officially disclosed from the team, there was a fear that whatever he injured might've been severe.

    Vancouver will embark on a four-game road trip starting Tuesday at the Tampa Bay Lightning. It is unclear if Myers will miss any games due to his injury, but it is encouraging that he will still travel with the team.
