No date has been revealed as to when the Canucks will wear the new helmets.

The Vancouver Canucks unveiled their much anticipated new helmets, going with metallic blue for the colour. The helmets were teased early this season via social media and have been met with mixed reactions across Canucks nation. Vancouver is now the third team in the NHL to introduce helmets that sparkle, joining the Vegas Golden Knights and Los Angeles Kings, who have worn them for the past few seasons.

These helmets will take some time to get used to as they sparkle brightly when hit by light. Currently, there is no assigned date for when these helmets will be revealed, but it could come as early as Wednesday night when Vancouver faces off against the St. Louis Blues. The next time the Canucks could wear them after that would be Feb. 17 against the Winnipeg Jets as the two games before are scheduled as Black Skate Jersey nights.
