Calgary Flames defeat Vegas Golden Knights 2-1 in overtime
Golden Knights offensive woes continue, as team loses fourth game in last five.
MacKenzie Weegar scored five seconds into overtime to give the Calgary Flames a 2-1 victory against the Vegas Golden Knights at Scotiabank Saddledome on Monday.
William Karlsson scored the lone goal for the Golden Knights (14-5-3), who have scored less than two goals in their last four games.
"Our lack of finish was certainly there again tonight," Vegas coach Bruce Cassidy said. "It's another game where we're in the game, playing well enough to win. If we finish some of those Grade A's, we're not sitting here talking about a loss. It is what it is."
Adin Hill made 32 saves in the losing effort.
