Vegas Golden Knights hockey is back! They'll take on 2024 first-overall pick Macklin Celebrini and the San Jose Sharks in their first preseason game.
This is the first of two preseason matchups against the Sharks and the first of six total preseason games.
The Golden Knights forward group will be Keegan Kolesar, Brett Howden, Tanner Pearson, Brendan Brisson, Jonas Rondbjerg, Mason Morelli, Grigori Denisenko, Tanner Laczynski, Cal Burke, Jakub Brabanec, Gage Quinney, Ben Hemmerling and Tuomas Uronen.
The defence core will be Kaedan Korczak, Ben Hutton, Jake Bischoff, Dysin Mayo, Christoffer Sedoff and Joe Fleming. Akira Schmid, Carl Lindbom and Isaiah Saville will be the goaltenders traveling tonight.
The Sharks will play top prospects in Quentin Musty, Sam Dickinson, William Eklund, Collin Graf and Macklin Celebrini.
HC Bruce Cassidy is dressing a lineup of players competing for roster spots. Against a young Sharks roster, Cassidy will hope to see many of his roster competitors put on a strong display.
