Golden Knights off to best start in franchise history, welcome first-place Flyers to T-Mobile Arena.

The Philadelphia Flyers visit the Vegas Golden Knights as part of Frozen Frenzy.

The Vegas Golden Knights look to become the 16th team in NHL history to start the season 7-0-0 as they host the Philadelphia Flyers at T-Mobile Arena on Tuesday.

The Golden Knights are off to the best start in franchise history and now own the best start to a season for a defending Stanley Cup champion.

They host the Flyers who are 3-1-1 and sit in first place atop of the Metropolitan Division.

"They're pretty straightforward and their approach that they're going to try to win the slot battle," Vegas coach Bruce Cassidy said. "They're not going to give you a lot off the rush because that's the easiest way to score goals. So they're gonna match pucks, play behind you. They tried to have a funnel mentality in terms of just get pucks to the net, get second chances. That's what I've seen so far."
