Utah HC will travel to Vegas to take on the Vegas Golden Knights for the first time in their history.

Utah HC will travel to Vegas to take on the Vegas Golden Knights for the first time in their history.

The Golden Knights enter today's encounter with a 7-3-1 record, with all seven of their wins coming on home ice at T-Mobile Arena. Utah comes into town with a 5-4-1 record with a heavily depleted blue line. Injuries to Sean Durzi and John Marino have halted their early season success.

Nicolas Hague is returning to the lineup tonight after missing the three previous games with an injury. Kaedan Korczak had replaced him but Hague's return is forcing him back into the press box as a healthy scratch.

Hague spoke to the media expressing his excitement to return.

"Took care of myself, I'm excited to be back. I'm looking forward to it."

Mark Stone will also dress tonight after missing yesterday's practice due to the birth of his second child. Akira Schmid was also called up from the Henderson Silver Knights due to Ilya Samsonov's absence from practice. Samsonov came to practice with soreness so he won't dress tonight and Schmid will back-up Adin Hill.
