Adin Hill makes 24 saves as the Golden Knights become first team since 1997-98 Detroit Red Wings to start season 4-0 after Stanley Cup win.

William Karlsson and Kaedan Korczak each had a goal and an assist in the Vegas Golden Knights' 3-2 shootout victory against the Dallas Stars.

Adin Hill made 24 saves, as the Golden Knights improved to 4-0-0 on the season.

The Golden Knights became the first since the 1997-98 Red Wings to start the season 4-0-0 after winning the Stanley Cup.

“It just speaks volumes to the group of guys we got here,” Hill said. “We didn’t take the start of the season lightly after coming off the win. We came back to camp. Got back to business. Everyone showed up in good shape. It’s showing.”

Jonathan Marchessault and Shea Theodore scored in the shootout to seal the victory.
