    Golden Knights Select Pavel Moysevich With The 83rd Pick in The 2024 NHL Draft

    The Vegas Golden Knights have selected Pavel Moysevich with the 83rd pick in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.

    The Vegas Golden Knights have selected Pavel Moysevich with the 83rd pick in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.

    The Golden Knights' second selection of the draft was spent on the 6'5, Belarusian goaltender. This past season he played in 13 KHL games with SKA St. Petersburg and recorded a .942SV% and a 1.21GAA. He also spent time playing in the VHL and MHL. 

    Moysevich is an overager born on Sep. 29, 2004. His KHL contract is also valid until the 2026-27 season. 

    After trading away Logan Thompson, the Golden Knights wasted no time finding a possible future replacement with the pick they acquired from the Washington Capitals. 

    Eliteprospects describes Moysevich as a "massive 6-foot-5 goaltender who employs a simple game plan which involves shallow depth, and short, quick routes around the crease."
