Vegas Golden Knights goalie Adin Hill was removed from injured reserve per the NHL Media Site and will make his first start since Dec. 17 against the New York Islanders.
Hill has missed 22 of the Golden Knights last 23 games with a lower-body injury. He started Dec. 17, giving up a goal on three shots before being relieved by Logan Thompson.
He's 10-2-2 with two shutouts. Hill owns a 1.93 goals-against average and a .933 save percentage.
Jiri Patera was sent down to Henderson of the American Hockey League in a corresponding move.
