A pair of Vegas Golden Knights prospects wrapped up their experience in the World Junior Ice Hockey Championships in Sweden.

David Edstrom was a member of the Swedish national team, which took home the silver medal, while Matyas Sapovaliv played for the Czechia national team.

Edstrom played in seven games during the World Juniors Championships, tallying three assists.

The 2023 first-round pick is playing in Sweden for Frolunda HC. He’s appeared in 25 games with four goals and six assists.

Sapovaliv had a solid showing at the World Juniors.

The second-round pick from the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, scored three goals and had one assist for Czechia, which took home the bronze medal.

He’s played in 27 games for the Saginaw Spirit in the OHL this season, where he’s scored 12 goals and has 24 assists.
