The Jets trailed 3-2 in the third period but a Kyle Connor power play and his second of the game tied it at 3-3.
With 1:13 left in the game, Adam Lowry deflected a Dylan DeMelo point shot to give the Jets the lead and the two points. The Jets' power play proved to be the difference maker once again, going 2/2 on the power play.
The Jets' power play is clicking at 31.7% and is ranked first in the NHL. Tonight they'll look to take advantage of the Ducks' weak penalty kill which ranks 27th and kills just 72.5% of their opportunities.
Eric Comrie will be in between the pipes for the first game between the two teams. He'll be opposite of Lukas Dostal, who's posted a .920 SV% and a 2.69 GAA in 17 starts. Despite the Ducks sitting in the eighth spot in the Pacific Division, many of their young players have made improvements throughout the season, making them a more dangerous team.
