The Winnipeg Jets and Colorado Avalanche are set to renew rivalries in Game 4 of the best-of-seven opening round Stanley Cup Playoff series.
The game is an early 1:30 PM central afternoon start from Ball Arena in Denver.
After Winnipeg pulled ahead 2-1 on Friday night in Game 3, the Avalanche stormed back with five unanswered third period goals, ultimately winning the game 6-2.
Connor Hellebuyck did not perform well, once again, in what has become a rather concerning theme for Winnipeg.
The Avalanche have now scored 17 goals in the three games thus far, while the Jets have been unable to figure out Alexander Georgiev after shelling him for seven goals in Game 1.
With Brenden Dillon suffering not major damage after having his hand sliced brutally in the dying seconds of the game on Friday, he will come out of the lineup as he continues to recover. Logan Stanley will take his place.
The Jets also recalled Axel Jonsson-Fjallby from the Manitoba Moose on Saturday. He will be promoted into the lineup in David Gustafsson's spot, while Cole Perfetti continues to rot in the press box as a healthy scratch for the fourth-straight postseason game.
Winnipeg Jets expected line combinations for Sunday, April 28 vs. Colorado:
Connor-Scheifele-Vilardi
Niederreiter-Monahan-Toffoli
Ehlers-Lowry-Appleton
Iafallo-Namestnikov-Jonsson-Fjallby
Morrissey-DeMelo
Samberg-Pionk
Stanley-Schmidt
Injured: Dillon
Healthy scratches: Perfetti, Gustafsson, Miller.
The game will begin at 1:30 PM central time and can be viewed live on Sportsnet.
