Judy Bowness has returned home from hospital following a brief stay after suffering a seizure on Sunday.

TSN insider Darren Dreger is reporting that the wife of Winnipeg Jets head coach Rick Bowness is now resting comfortably back at home following a brief stay in hospital.
Judy Bowness suffered a seizure on Sunday, to which she was hospitalized and remained as an in-patient as the week began.
Bowness, 68, took a step back from the Jets over the past couple days, attending to his wife's needs as she gained treatment from hospital staff. Originally from Canada's east coast, the Bowness family does not have its full support staff in Winnipeg, so the needs of one far outweigh that of the Jets.
The couple have two sons, Richard and Ryan, and one daughter Kristen.

Dreger, who sat down for a lengthy one-on-one with Jets' president and alternate governor Mark Chipman, says the leave of absence will continue, and the timeframe is still up in the air.
"The great news is that Judy is at home," Dreger said on TSN's Insider Trading. "Rick is with her at home and she's resting. She's also undergoing further testing and evaluation to find out exactly what happened and why that happened."
Associate coach Scott Arniel has taken over head coaching duties on the interim. He will oversee things as the team hosts Central Division rival St. Louis on Tuesday.
"The priority is family for Rick Bowness, and by extension the Winnipeg Jets, hence the leave of absence," Dreger continued. "We don't know how long he's going to be away from the club but the team is in good hands from a hockey perspective. Scott Arniel, who was a top candidate when the Jets went down the path of a coaching search before hiring Rick Bowness, so they know he's certainly capable on handling things in the interim."
On Tuesday night, the Jets beat the Blues 4-2 at home, in their first game without coach Bowness on the bench. Forward Mason Appleton said the game was dedicated to Judy.
“This game certainly is dedicated to them," he said. "Bones knows that we are all here for him and we are all here for Judy as well. We are happy that she is doing better. Obviously, there is a bit of a recovery ahead, but Bones also knows that we are going to do our job here."

"We are going to play as hard as we can for him and her. We are going to keep this thing going and whenever the time is right for Bones to be back and for Judy to be 100 percent healthy, then that day will come. But right now we are just praying for him, thinking about him. We still have a job to do. It's tough, it’s how the world works sometimes, but you can call this a win for her, for sure.”
