Jets select Chinese-Canadian Forward Kevin He 109th overall.
The Jets selected Niagara Ice Dogs forward Kevin He with the 109th pick of the 4th round.
He is the first Chinese-born player to be drafted since Andong Song, who was drafted in the sixth round to the New York Islanders in the 2015 NHL Draft.

He was tied for the second-most points on Niagara with 31 goals and 22 assists for 53 points in 64 games. At 18-years-old, He has room to grow as he is already 6-feet and weighs in at 181 pounds.
More likely than not, He will return to the Ice Dogs next season and continue to work on his skating ability that made him a standout prospect.
