The Winnipeg Jets have re-signed Defenceman Simon Lundmark to one-year, two-way deal valued at $775K.
The Swedish blueliner was the Jets second round pick in the 2019 NHL Draft and is coming off his third season with the Manitoba Moose of the AHL.
During his time with the organization, he’s recorded 12 goals and 36 assists for 48 points in 188 games. Last season was a down year for the 23-year-old as he finished with 17 points and a -15 rating in 67 games.
Lundmark has also represented his home country on several occasions including an appearance at the 2016-17 U17 World Hockey Championships, where he helped his team return home with a gold medal.
