    The Saint John Sea Dogs have inked a deal with right shot defenseman and Tampa Bay Lightning prospect Everett Baldwin.

    Baldwin, 18, had 20 points (10+10) through 22 games with St. George's prep school. He also dressed five games with the US national development program, as well as two games with the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders of the USHL.

    Baldwin was a fifth round pick (151st overall) by the Lightning in the 2025 NHL draft and was ranked 70th by EliteProspects in their final 2025 rankings. He is committed to Providence College for 2026/27.

    Baldwin's QMJHL rights were picked up by the Sea Dogs at the 2025 QMJHL draft, selected as a re-entry after going undrafted in 2024.
