With roughly two-thirds of the regular season complete, here are five individual stats that stand out

The first full weekend in February is here and all 16 USHL clubs have either reached or are closing in on the 40-game mark.
With roughly two-thirds of the regular season in the books, here are five impressive individual player stats.
1.48: Will Zellers is averaging 1.48 points per game this season as the Colorado pick has 46 points (29-17-46) through 31 games. Zellers leads the USHL with those 29 goals and his 46 points are tied for third, and his six game-winners are tied for the USHL lead. The North Dakota commit has 23 points (14-9-23) over his 12 games since the new year.
2.39: Lincoln goaltender Yan Shostak owns a 2.39 GAA on the season, which leads all USHL goalies. Shostak has made 602 of a possible 662 saves this season and is a big reason why Lincoln owns the USHL’s top win percentage (.713) and a 10-game win streak. The St. Cloud State commit is 17-9-0 this season and has allowed two goals or less in 16 of his 27 appearances this season. Shostak’s three shutouts are also tied for the USHL lead.
11: Madison forward Ryker Lee has 11 multi-point games this season, headlined by a five-point effort (4-1-5) on Nov. 15. Lee has 39 points through 32 games this season, which ranks second among USHL rookies. Lee has played five fewer games than Sioux Falls forward Ethan Wyttenbach as well, and Lee’s 1.22 points per game lead rookies and ranks fourth among USHL skaters overall.
14: Aidan Park has 14 power-play goals this season, along with six assists on the man advantage. Park’s 14 tallies are five more than the next closest players – Evan Jardine and Jack Kernan – and he’s scored 14 of his 25 goals on the man advantage this season. Green Bay owns the league’s best power play at 33.1% (42-for-127).
30: Madison defenseman John Stout is a plus-30 this season – five better than the next closest USHL skater, who happens to be Madison teammate Austin Moline (plus-25). Stout has finished with a negative rating in just five of his 32 games this season and also has 12 points (4-8-12) in his first full USHL campaign.
