Sioux City 3, Fargo 2 (SO)
Tate Pritchard found the back of the net in the second period and now has goals in every game this season. The Minnesota State commit scored what proved to be the shootout winner to keep Sioux City's record unblemished. Olivers Murnieks also scored for the Muskies, while Merril Steenari and Eero Butella did for Fargo. Samuel Urban stopped 27-of-29.
Chicago 2, Muskeon 1 (OT)
Hudson Gorski scored on a partial breakaway in overtime to lift the Chicago Steel over the visiting Muskegon Lumberjacks. Luke Goukler opened the scoring for the Steel late in the first period. Teddy Spitznagel tied the game for Muskegon in the third period. Louka Cloutier (COL) turned aside 28-of-29.
Lincoln 3, Sioux Falls 2
John Hirschfeld's first career USHL goal proved to be the game-winner and helped the Lincoln Stars improve to 4-1 on the season. Dashel Oliver and Jack Pechar both tallied their third goals. Bryce Ingles and Ethan Wyttenbach found the back fo the net less than three minutes apart in the first period. Yan Shostak stopped 25-of-27.
Tri-City 4, Madison 3 (OT)
Nolan Roed scored just 77 seconds into overtime to lift the Tri-City Storm over the visiting Madison Capitols. Cameron Briere, Carmell Crandell, and Rhys Wallin all scored for Tri-City in the second period. Ryker Lee tallied his third goal of the year, while Aiden Long and Diego Johnson also found the back of the net. Adam Dybal picked up his first win in net.
Green Bay 4, Omaha 2
Will Zellers (COL) scored his third goal of the weekend, and the Gamblers doubled up the visiting Omaha Lancers. Grant Dillard and Jayden Veney both tallied their first of the season for Omaha. Geno Carcone, Owen Buesgens, and Vasily Zelenov scored for Green Bay in addition to Zellers. Gavin Moffatt turned aside 30-of-32 in the win.
Youngstown 3, Cedar Rapids 2
The Phantoms scored three goals in just over five minutes in a furious third-period comeback to stun Cedar Rapids. Ryan Rucinski scored twice, and Jakub Hes also found the back of the net for Youngstown. Daniel Astapovich opened the scoring for the RoughRiders in the first period, while Hans-Martin Ulvebne now has goals in back-to-back games. Mevlin Strahl (CBJ) stopped 29-of-31.
Dubuque 4, Waterloo 3 (OT)
Torkel Jennersjo scored at the 1:38 mark of overtime to lift the Dubuque Fighting Saints over the Waterloo Black Hawks. For Jennersjo, it was his third goal of the season. Lucas Van Vliet (VGK) tallied his first in a Saints sweater while Michael Barron scored twice as well. For Waterloo, Kaeden Hawkins opened the scoring with his third of the year. Sam Huck and Teddy Townsend also found the back of the net. Liam Beerman turned 17-of-20.
