On Friday, February 27, 2026, Canada West officially unveiled its 2025-26 men’s hockey All-Star and All-Rookie teams, with 17 WHL alumni capturing nearly every available spot across the three squads.
The honours were headlined by the UBC Thunderbirds, who placed a trio of former WHL stars on the First All-Star team following a historic 23-win regular season.
The First Team is dominated by the conference's top point producers, led by scoring champion Sasha Mutala.
The Second Team features a mix of veteran leadership and proven WHL championship experience.
