Four WHL clubs earned national recognition in the Week 4 CHL Top-10 Rankings.

Every week, the CHL releases a list of the top-10 teams in the league. Throughout the season, we at The Hockey News will be keeping track of which WHL teams are in the rankings, as well as who finishes the year ranked highest. Here is a look at the three WHL teams that made the 2026-27 Week 4 rankings.

No. 3 – Victoria Royals

The Victoria Royals (5-1-0-0) maintained their hold on the No. 3 ranking in the country after sweeping both weekend contests. The offense was headlined by a sensational four-goal performance from Hayden Moore, while netminder Cole Prelusky preserved the victories in net. Combined with the steady two-way play of NHL draft picks Cameron Schmidt and Filip Novák, Victoria continues to set the benchmark in the B.C. Division.

No. 6 – Medicine Hat Tigers

Holding firm in the upper half of the national table, the Medicine Hat Tigers remain a formidable force in the Central Division. Driven by the scoring pace of Pittsburgh Penguins prospects Liam and Markus Ruck, alongside top 2027 draft eligibles Noah Davidson and Shaeffer Gordon-Carroll, the Tigers continue to generate high-danger scoring chances at will while navigating a demanding early-season schedule.

No. 8 – Brandon Wheat Kings

Re-entering the national rankings this week are the red-hot Brandon Wheat Kings, who vaulted to No. 8 on the heels of five consecutive victories. Brandon's surge has been sparked by opportunistic special teams, disciplined defensive-zone coverage, and balanced scoring led by 2027 top prospect Jaxon Jacobson and forward Joby Baumuller.
