The Tigers, along with the Prince George Cougars and another newcomer all make appearances on the North America-wide list.

With week four in the books, some teams are shaking off their rusty starts and others are maintaining momentum. Medicine Hat, Prince George, and now the Everett Silvertips highlight the CHL top 10.
Prince George Cougars (3 --> 3)
The return of star forward Koehn Ziemmer marked an important date for the Cougars, as Prince George has collected points in three of their last four games. This run has allowed them to remain in second place among the Western Conference, and did it with one of the toughest stretches on the WHL schedule.
Medicine Hat Tigers (9 --> 5)
It was only a matter of time before the Tigers started to put things together.
Currently building themselves a three game win streak, Medicine Hat has only allowed three goals during those games, including a 3-0 decision against the Red Deer Rebels. Team cornerstone Gavin McKenna has amassed 12 points en route to a six game point streak, and shows no signs of slowing down.
Everett Silvertips (Unranked --> 10)
The only team above Prince George in the West, Everett is off to a monumental start. Exceptional status defenceman Landon Dupont has 12 points in his first nine games, and a supporting cast of Carter Bear and Tyler McKenzie doesn't hurt either. Currently rocking a 7-2 record through their first nine contests is nothing to scoff at, and they will only get better as they continue to gel.
