Welcome to THN's "WHL Standouts From The Week" article. In this weekly column, we highlight one player from each division who impressed over the last week. Here is a look at the four standouts from week four.

    Koehn Ziemmer- Prince George Cougars

Freshly returned from the L.A. Kings, Koehn Ziemmer wasted no time, scoring two goals and adding an assist in his season debut. He would go on to add another goal and two assists over his next two games, finishing the week with three goals and six points in three games. Whether it is shot generation or faceoff wins, Ziemmer's return to the Prince George Cougars could not have gone any better.

    Gavin McKenna- Medicine Hat Tigers

A name that may appear on this list many times throughout the season, Gavin McKenna was phenomenal over the past week. In three games, he had six points while also registering 17 shots on goal. Now up to 13 points in eight games, McKenna is well on his way to his first career 100-point season.

    Landon DuPont- Everett Silvertips

Landon DuPont made a statement this week with four impressive performances. Over the four games, the 15-year-old defenseman had six points and a staggering 23 shots on goal. While it is early, it is safe to say DuPont is living up to expectations in his first WHL season.

    Evan Gardner- Saskatoon Blades

Evan Gardner was a brick wall over the past week. In two starts, he stopped 40 of 41 shots and recorded his first shutout of the season. Gardner's strong play has not only helped the Saskatoon Blades start the season strong but has also shown why they should be considered WHL Championship favourites once again.
