The USA Hockey Foundation today announced the Top 10 finalists for the 2024 Patty Kazmaier Award for NCAA women's hockey's top player.

The nominees include:

  • Izzy Daniel, Cornell
  • Sarah Fillier, Princeton
  • Caroline Harvey, Wisconsin
  • Gwyneth Philips, Northeastern
  • Abby Hustler, St. Lawrence
  • Tessa Janecke, Penn State
  • Abbey Murphy, Minnesota
  • Casey O'Brien, Wisconsin
  • Danielle Serdachny, Colgate
  • Kirsten Simms, Wisconsin

Of the nominees, three - Sarah Fillier, Abby Hustler, and Danielle Serdachny - are Canadian, while the other seven are American born players. Fillier, Harvey, Janecke, Murphy, and Serdachny represented Canada and USA at the World Championships last year.

Kirsten Simms was the nation's leading scorer this season notching 67 points in 34 games for Wisconsin.
