Three stops on the 2026 -27 Women's Euro Hockey Tour are scheduled, beginning with the first this August in Switzerland between the Swiss, Finland, Czechia, and Sweden.
The 2026-27 women's hockey calendar now has a start date with the first of three stops on the Women's Euro Hockey Tour prior to the World Championships in November.
The first of those stops is scheduled for August 19-22 in Kloten, Switzerland with the host Swiss welcoming national teams from Finland, Sweden, and Czechia.
Switzerland was hosting their first national team camp from July 2-5 in Zug.
Following Switzerland's stop on the tour, it will move to Finland from September 28 to October 4, and to Sweden from October 28 to November 5, with the World Championships opening in nearby Denmark the following day.
At Switzerland's opening stop, Czechia will open the event against Finland at 3:30pm on August 19, followed by Switzerland taking on Sweden at 7pm.
On August 21, Sweden and Czechia face-off in the 3:30pm game, followed by Switzerland and Finland at 7pm. On the final day, August 22, Finland takes on Sweden at 11am followed by Switzerland facing Czechia at 3pm.
With the World Championships scheduled for November 6-16 in Herning and Esbjerg, Denmark, it's also likely Hockey Canada and USA Hockey will be scheduling Rivalry Series games in September and/or October to prepare.
