There are now five college players who were previously signed to play in the PHF who have joined the SDHL in Sweden.

Following the acquisition of the PHF by the Mark Walter Group and Billie Jean King Enterprises, several players previously signed to play in the PHF have made the jump to Sweden to play in the SDHL.
Leading the way is two-time ECAC Defender of the Year and back-to-back All-American Emma Seitz, who signed with MoDo. Seitz, who was an invitee to Team USA's Women's National Festival vying for a spot with Team USA's national development team, was a lock to crack the new professional hockey league roster.
She'd signed a one-year contract worth $72,500 with the Metropolitan Riveters in late May.
Also joining Seitz in Sweden are fellow former Metropolitan Riveters signees Lauren Dabrowski, an All-Canadian defender from St. FX, and University of Minnesota-Duluth grad Naomi Rogge, who both signed with SDE HF.
Anneke Linser, another Riveters signee will also play in Sweden this season in the SDHL, as will former Montreal Force signee Emily Rickwood.
