Four Americans, a Canadian, and a Finnish national team member were named to the EA Sports NHL 24 Women's Team of the Year.
EA Sports NHL 24 has named their women's team of the year winners, "a fan favorite tradition" that the organization says "celebrates the best players in hockey from the 2023 calendar year."
The Women’s Team of The Year includes.

- Taylor Heise, USA, C
- Sarah Fillier, Canada, RW
- Caroline Harvey, USA, LD
- Jenni Hiirikoski, Finland, LD
- Aerin Frankel, USA, G
Each player is awarded limited-edition skates or stick/gloves/bag and, for the goalie, a mask that represents and celebrates the team of the year.
The men's team of the year includes Connor McDavid, Nathan MackinnonMatthew Tkachuk, Cale Makar, Miro Heiskanen and Linus Ullmark.
