The PWHL has announced the first group of players placed on waivers this week. Here is the full list
PWHL teams across the league had to reduce their rosters to 27 players yesterday. Today the league announced who the first players placed on waivers were.
25 players were released from rosters, with 11 players now eligible to accept contract or camp invites from other PWHL teams before the first Waiver window ends December 2.

The league stated the following about 14 players who were deemed ineligible for waivers: "Among the circumstances that may prohibit players from waiver eligibility include receiving and declining a Standard Player Agreement offer while attending a team’s training camp, not showing up to a training camp or leaving a camp without being released, and released players who had been granted compassionate circumstances in their market."

According to the league "Teams must maintain rosters of 27 players heading into the Pre-Season Evaluation Camp in Utica, New York, scheduled for Dec. 3-7. A second waiver window will occur between Dec. 8-10, in advance of the league’s final roster deadline of Dec. 11. Final rosters must include 23 players signed to Standard Player Agreements, plus two Reserve Player Contracts. Any drafted players who go unsigned or unclaimed during either waiver period will revert to their original team's protected list."
