Who wins Game 3 in NHL 24?

With Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals tonight we simulated the game in NHL 24 to see if the Oilers could win their first game of the series or if Florida goes up 3-0.

Our series simulation predicted Florida winning the Stanley Cup in seven games. Our Game 2 simulation accurately predicted a Panthers win.

The Oilers were able to win their first game of the finals in this simulation, taking the game 4-1.

We scratched Evander Kane in favor of Corey Perry for Edmonton and moved Ryan McLeod to the second line. We also moved Darnell Nurse to the third pair due to the uncertainty surrounding his status.

We moved Evan Rodrigues to the first line for Florida and put Carter Verhaeghe on the second line, everything else remains the same.

Mattias Ekholm, Zach Hyman, and Connor McDavid all had two points for Edmonton, who were finally able to solve Sergei Bobrovsky as he allowed four goals on 14 shots.

Stuart Skinner had a great game for Edmonton, Aaron Ekblad snapped his shutout bid with 23 second to go.

If the Oilers are able to win Game 3 like this simulation it would inject some life back into this Finals.
