Can Edmonton extend the series in NHL 24?
With Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals tonight we simulated the game in NHL 24 to see if the Oilers could win their first game and extend the series or if the Panthers will be raising the Cup.
Our series simulation predicted Florida winning the Stanley Cup in seven games. Our Game 3 simulation inaccurately predicted the Oilers winning 4-1.
The Oilers were able to win their first game of the SCF in this simulation, winning the game 5-0 to force a Game 5.
We kept Florida's lines the same as Game 3. For Edmonton we moved Ryan McLeod to the fourth line with Dylan Holloway and Derek Ryan. Warren Foegele and Corey Perry join Leon Draisaitl on the second line. We scratched Evander Kane but put Darnell Nurse with Philip Broberg.

The Oilers were finally able to get some offense, McDavid, Draisaitl and Hyman all scored.
Bobrovsly had his first rough game of the series, allowing five goals on 29 shots.
The Panthers were not able to conjure up and offense, only mustering 11 shots and no high danger scoring chances.
