Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby hit another milestone Monday night at Madison Square Garden. His 19th point-per-game season ties him with Wayne Gretzky for the most point-per-game seasons in NHL history.
A model of consistency and excellence, even when Crosby dealt with concussions early in his career, he still managed to maintain a point-per-game in those years. He has recorded 100+ points in six seasons, seven 60+ assists campaigns, and he is one goal away from his third 40+ goal season.
EA SPORTS gave him a 94 overall HUT Headliner card in honor of tying Gretzky's record.

Unfortunately, at his card's overall, having only 91 speed and acceleration is quite terrible. Not to mention that 86 endurance is also below average for a 94-rated player.
He has a nice synergy of abilities in Unstoppable Force and Elite Edges. The shooting stats are solid, hands stats are excellent, and can get higher with Playmaking Forward synergy activated. Also, he comes with 96 faceoffs. His other synergies are Grinding Forward, Defensive, Playmaking, and Shooting Boost.
Crosby wasn't the only player that reached an incredible milestone as of late. New York Rangers goaltender Jonathan Quick made history on Saturday when he earned his 392nd career win, surpassing Ryan Miller for the most wins by an American-born goalie in NHL history.
It looked like Quick's years were behind him after having his worst statistical season last year. However, he has completely changed things around in New York, posting an outstanding 17-5-2 record as of today. His reliable play as the backup for the Rangers earned him a one-year contract extension.

Now, we recognize that Quick has had a few upgrades in HUT this year, and that's the reason for him only receiving an 86 overall card. But he absolutely deserved to get a higher-rated card for his accomplishment.
At 6-foot-1, he probably wouldn't be getting inserted into many HUT lineups regardless (for players who want to build the best possible roster), but at this time of year, an 86-rated goalie isn't even worth a sniff.
Both players are available to obtain in packs until Apr. 5, 2pm PST. Of course, you can also get these cards on the auction house when players put them up for sale.
