The Boston Bruins unveiled new primary uniforms on Wednesday, saying they combined fan-favorite elements with a refreshed style.

At first glance, the logos and uniforms resemble those worn during the Bruins' centennial season in 2023-24. But there are changes.

“Next season marks the start of a new chapter in Boston Bruins history, and as we turn the page, we are excited do so with a new look and feel," Bruins president Cam Neely said in a news release.

The logo tandem is the same as what was used in 2023-24.

The "Spoked-B" has dark and light background versions. On dark backgrounds, the spokes are in black, while the block-B and outline are in gold. On light backgrounds, it's the opposite.

The new versions also have the vintage spoke style worn from 1948 to 1995, before the team added black outlines.

In 2007, the Bruins changed the font of the 'B' to what it describes as a contemporary self-varsity style. That font stays on the new primary logo tandem.

The main difference between the crest on the 2023-24 versions and the new uniforms is it had a "Centennial gold" sparkle beforehand.

That said, the new uniforms feature new refreshed elements.

Boston brought back the crawling bear silhouette, inspired by its first jersey worn in 1924, as a shoulder patch. It will say "Bruins" on the home jersey patch and "Boston" on the road jersey.

The centennial season jerseys also have more stripes than the new primary ones. Now, there are two thick gold stripes with a white stripe in the middle. Thin black stripes sit in between the gold and white on the sleeves and lower hem.

The gloves have new gold detailing, while the pants feature a "Boston Bruins" wordmark introduced in 2024-25.

Also on Wednesday, the Detroit Red Wings revealed their centennial logo ahead of their 100th season. On Tuesday, the St. Louis Blues unveiled their rebrand, featuring a refreshed logo and uniforms, as well as new tertiary logos.
