The Anaheim Ducks have made some smaller depth signings of late that have gone a little under the radar. The team signed defenseman Robert Hagg and center Benoit-Olivier Groulx to one-year deals. Both players should give Anaheim some needed depth within their roster as the offseason continues on. Groulz has played in 20 games with Anaheim and has scored one goal and provided two assists during that time. Hagg played last season with the Detroit Red Wings and recorded two goals and five assists over 38 games played. Neither will likely provide much for the team, but they could be called upon if injuries take place.
In other Ducks news, the Tulsa Oilers extended their affiliation contract with the Ducks and San Diego Gulls. The Gulls' schedule is now out, and first-round pick Leo Carlsson is still getting praise thrown at him.
