Heading into the Boston Bruins' Saturday afternoon contest against the Ottawa Senators, David Pastrnak had seven goals and 10 points in his last six games. This included a two-game goal streak, where he had three over that span.

Now, Pastrnak has officially extended his goal streak to three games, as No. 88 scored an awesome goal against the Senators during the first period.

After receiving a pass entering the offensive zone from Bruins forward Morgan Geekie, Pastrnak beat Senators goalie Leevi Merilainen top shelf with a perfectly placed snapshot. This goal tied the game up at 2-2.

While Pastrnak has not scored as often as normal this season, he is undoubtedly heating back up big time. It will be fascinating to see how he builds on his hot stretch from here.
