This Bruins winger is heading back to Providence.

The Boston Bruins have assigned Riley Tufte back to their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Providence Bruins. 

Tufte was recalled by the Bruins ahead of their most recent contest against the St. Louis Blues. The big winger played in the game, where he had zero points in 7:46 of ice time. 

In three games this season with Boston, Tufte has zero points and a minus-3 rating.
