The Boston Bruins are gearing up for what should be a very busy off-season. They are entering the summer with plenty of cap space and will be looking to improve their roster after a terribly disappointing 2024-25 campaign.

After trading away multiple forwards this season, the Bruins should be looking to improve their top nine this summer. When looking at players who could hit the free-agent market this off-season, one forward who should grab their attention is Vancouver Canucks pending UFA Pius Suter.

While the Canucks had a tough year, Suter was one of their rare bright spots. In 81 games, he set new career highs with 25 goals and 46 points. With numbers like these, the 28-year-old forward could provide the Bruins with some much-needed secondary offensive production if signed.

Another great element about Suter's game is that he is capable of playing both down the middle and on the wing. In addition, due to his strong two-way play, he can work on both the penalty kill and the power play. Thus, if signed by the Bruins, he could fit anywhere in their lineup, which undoubtedly adds to his appeal.

With the Bruins' forward group needing a boost, bringing in an impactful forward who offers great versatility, like Suter, could be huge for the Original Six club. It will be intriguing to see if they target him this off-season, but it looks like there could be a good fit here.
