This former Bruins forward is starting to heat up in a big way.

Former Boston Bruins forward Frank Vatrano had a career year in 2023-24 with the Anaheim Ducks. In 82 games, the 5-foot-11 winger set career highs with 37 goals, 23 assists, 60 points, and 156 hits. The East Longmeadow, Massachusett's native marvelous play also led him to be named to the NHL All-Star Game for the first time.

Vatrano has had a bit of a slower start to this season, but he is undoubtedly starting to heat up in a big way as of late. The former Bruin has four goals and an assist in his last four games. This includes an excellent performance against the Ottawa Senators in his last game, as he scored two goals past fellow former Bruin Linus Ullmark and added an assist.

Vatrano is expected to be a popular trade target later this season, as he is in the final season of his deal, and the Ducks are a rebuilding squad. If he continues to produce like this, it will only add to his appeal as the season rolls on. With the Bruins needing scoring, he is a player they should keep on their radar.

Nevertheless, it will be fascinating to see how Vatrano builds on his hot streak from here.
