Don't be surprised if this Buffalo Sabres forward has a career year in 2024-25.
Jack Quinn is one Buffalo Sabres forward who needs to be watched closely next season. The 2020 eighth-overall pick should have a place in the Sabres' top six, as he showed great promise last season.
Due to injury, Quinn was only limited to 27 games this past season. However, when healthy, the Ottawa, Ontario native was impactful, posting nine goals and 19 points. It was an excellent step in the right direction, and there's apparent reason to believe he can take his game to a new level next season.
Quinn is just getting his career started, as he has only 104 NHL games on his resume. Because of this, he is still adjusting to the sport's most competitive league and has plenty of time left to hit his true ceiling.
With the Sabres not bringing in another top-six winger this offseason, Quinn should be put in a position to succeed. He will not only be in the Sabres' top six but is expected to be used on their power play. With Quinn being an offensively skilled forward, he has the potential to put up some strong scoring totals in 2024-25.
It will be exciting to see what kind of season Quinn puts together in 2024-25. The potential for him to be one of the Sabres' top scorers is undoubtedly there.
