What - Game 47 (26-15-5)
When - 7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 25
Where - PNC Arena; Raleigh, NC
How to Watch - Bally Sports South
The Carolina Hurricanes will host the New Jersey Devils (24-18-3) tonight at PNC Arena for the second half of a back-to-back.
It will also be the second game for their Moms Trip, grabbing a 3-2 win in Boston already.
The Canes have been a bit hot and cold as of late but overall, the process has still been there.
In terms of key statuses, whether or not Andrei Svechnikov, who's missed the last two games with an upper-body injury, will play is still up in the air and Antti Raanta is expected to get the start in goal.
The Devils have also been pretty hot or cold, but they're also dealing with extensive injury issues. Jack Hughes remains sidelined while key blueliners Dougie Hamilton and Jonas Siegenthaler both have long-term injuries.
New Jersey also lost two additional players as both Michael McLeod and Cal Foote have taken indefinite leaves of absence from the team.
Both teams are capable of scoring in bunches still and both have had questionable netminding so the question will be, who can outlast the other?
