The Carolina Hurricanes have placed Jaccob Slavin on injured reserve.

This comes after Slavin suffered a lower-body injury during the Hurricanes’ 4-3 win over the Flyers on Saturday night.

Rod Brind'Amour also confirmed that Slavin will be out for a while, as he hasn’t played since sustaining this injury.
