Here are three teams who could be a great fit for Philip Broberg.
Earlier today the Edmonton Oilers started making headlines for less than ideal reasons. Earlier today there were reports that surfaced saying that the Oilers were looking for a new team to trade Philip Broberg to.

A source told The Hockey News that the player "is unsatisfied and requested a trade." It's no wonder he's unsatisfied when he was told he'd get a shot at playing with Mattias Ekholm - and instead he's averaged 10:32 in 10 NHL games, with a brief stint in the AHL.
Here are a few teams who could trade for Broberg that also have shown an openness and commitment to playing young players.
The Anaheim Ducks have a very young blueline - and Broberg can fit right in. Their defense corps boasts the likes of Pavel Mintyukov, Jamie Drysdale, Jackson LaCombe and Tristan Luneau.

Broberg has more NHL experience than Mintyukov, LaCombe and Luneau - and could be an improvement on at least two of those three players.
The Montreal Canadiens are in a position where they use their young players in prominent roles. That paired with the outside-the-box thinking of head coach Martin St. Louis could be what the doctor ordered for Broberg.
The Canadiens boast a blueline filled with youngsters such as Kaiden Guhle, Justin Barron, Jayden Struble, Jonathan Kovacevic and Gustav Lindstrom. Broberg has played more games in the NHL than Struble, Guhle, and Barron. All three of those defenders are playing more minutes than Broberg has this season.
The best option for the young Broberg could very well be the San Jose Sharks. It's not a pleasant situation over there due to the team's record - however, the young defenders that they have acquired are playing decent minutes. This is a common thread between all three teams I have listed here.

Since being traded to the Sharks Calen Addison hasn't played less than 15 minutes a game. He played 12 minutes and 11 1/2 minutes in his last two games with the Minnesota Wild. Nikita Okhotiuk averaged 11:44 last year with the New Jersey Devils. In 16 games this year he has averaged 18:29.
The organization really only has two options with this player, have him actually play significant minutes in the NHL or AHL or trade him to an organization that will. These three teams have displayed a willingness to play young defenders and each would be a good landing spot for the young Broberg.
