Edmonton Oilers may face the Vancouver Canucks superstar goalie at some point in their second round series.

Tomorrow night the Edmonton Oilers will play their first game of their second round series against Pacific Division rival the Vancouver Canucks. This is a huge opportunity for the team to take charge of the series off the hop - just like they did against the Los Angeles Kings.
With the team well rested - they should be able to come out of the gates all-guns-blazing. While their even strength play needs to improve, there is hope that they can continue being efficient on both special teams units.
The Oilers job will potentially be a bit easier, given that they will not face the Canucks superstar goalie Thatcher Demko. At least, they won't face him right away.
Frank Seravalli reported on Twitter earlier today about when Demko is expected to return to game action. He reported that Demko is back skating with the team, but that he won't be back in net until Game five at the very earliest. Seravalli also reported that Game six or seven is more likely for his return.
This is good news for the Oilers - as they will take any advantage they can get over the Canucks. Casey DeSmith and Arturs Silovs will patrol the Canucks net in the meantime.
The goaltending situation is the biggest story heading into this series - will it be the biggest story when it's all said and done? Only time will tell.
