Young netminders Nico Daws of the New Jersey Devils and Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen of the Buffalo Sabres are two of Wednesday's best options.

Obviously, with goaltending, things can change on a dime, but Luukkonen makes the most sense coming off a 3-0 shutout against the Sharks. It'll be his fourth straight start and the Hawks have very little offensive firepower to be weary of.
There are relatively more streaming options despite a small Wednesday slate, and Luukkonen sits at the top of the pile.
Editor's note: This game has been postponed to Thursday, Jan. 18.
Nico Daws, NJ vs. MTL (12% rostered)
No indication that Daws will be the starter as of Tuesday evening, but I would be surprised if he didn't start. Daws is short on experience but his past two performances have been very good with three goals allowed on 72 shots (.958 SP).
Historically, the Devils have also dominated this matchup, losing only twice (!) in regulation in 15 matchups since 2018. I like the Devils' chances slightly more but also understand there's definitely a chance for an upset with the two teams trending in different directions. I think both goalies will post a solid save percentage.
Samuel Montembeault, MTL at NJ (24% rostered)
It does certainly feel like the Habs are starting to get into a groove. Their record still isn't very good, but all three of their most recent losses were by a one-goal margin and Montembeault has been solid for four straight outings.
The Devils are just grinding, and without Jack Hughes, their offense is certainly a lot less dynamic. Montembeault's career numbers against them (2-0-1, .930 SP, 2.27 GAA) are very encouraging, which makes me feel optimistic. I don't mind rolling the dice here.
Alex Lyon, DET at FLA (48% rostered)
Lyon took a break with the Wings playing back-to-back on Saturday and Sunday, but otherwise this will be his eighth straight start.
With Patrick Kane's status questionable, I wonder if the Wings can provide the kind of elite goal support required to beat the Panthers. The Wings have had no trouble scoring lately, and Lyon has not had a save percentage dip below .917 in four straight games. I'm not sure about a win, but I think a good save percentage is very possible and 30-plus saves will be easy; the Wings allow a lot of shots and the Panthers are very good at generating them.
