David Rittich should get a chance to further establish himself as the top option for the struggling Los Angeles Kings.

After Cam Talbot was pulled against the Avs, Rittich should draw the start against the Blues, which would be his fourth in six games. The Kings wanted to give the net back to Talbot but he faltered against the Avs, and while Rittich didn't fare much better (2 goals allowed on 19 shots), it was more proof that Talbot has yet to regain his previous form.

The Kings are reeling; losers of 13 of their past 15, and this is a potential revenge game for the Blues after losing 5-1 on Nov. 18. I'm wary of this start, and the early start time also gives me pause because they tend to be a bit more unpredictable.

Daniil Tarasov, CLB at SEA (4% rostered)

The Jackets blew a 4-1 lead and lost 5-4 in overtime against the Canucks on Saturday. Tarasov was very good in a 5-2 win against the Flames in the game prior, but this a stiffer challenge as it will be their third road game in four nights.

The Kraken lead the all-time series 3-0-2 including three straight wins and outscoring the Jackets, 14-7. I don't really see how the result will be any different this time.
