Sleepers and Keepers: Week 9 Picks

The Sleepers and Keepers fantasy hockey podcast hosts Jason Chen and Michael Amato make their weekly picks for the sleeper and keeper of the week.

Michael goes with Devils' top prospect Simon Nemec as his sleeper after a strong two-assist debut taking over for the injured Dougie Hamilton, who suffered a torn pectoral and out indefinitely.

Michael's keeper is Ducks rookie Leo Carlsson, who may get turned loose with fewer load management restrictions going forward. When he plays, he plays top-line minutes and the Ducks play plenty of games on off-nights.

Jason's sleeper picks Blues right winger Jake Neighbours, who's playing L1 and PP1 and coming off a scorching November where he scored eight goals, and Wild center Marco Rossi, who continues to play between top winger Kirill Kaprizov and Mats Zuccarello.

Jason goes back to the Dawson Mercer well again as his keeper of the week, playing on the Devils' top line with Jack Hughes and Tyler Toffoli.
