Sleepers and Keepers Podcast: Week 25 Picks

The Sleepers and Keepers fantasy hockey podcast hosts Jason Chen and Michael Amato make their weekly picks for the sleeper and keeper of the week.

Michael is going with Brandon Saad, whose four-game goal streak gives him seven seasons of scoring at least 20 goals. He's playing on the Blues' second line with Brayden Schenn and Jordan Kyrou.

His keeper pick is Coyotes right winger Nick Schmaltz, who has been on a tear. While the Coyotes are officially eliminated from the playoffs, their offense has been buzzing lately and Schmaltz has a history of finishing strong. Their top line with Schmaltz, Clayton Keller and Nick Bjugstad has been among the league's best.

With a relatively easy schedule coming up, Jason's going with the Avalanche's No. 2 center, Casey Mittelstadt, as his sleeer pick. Though the Avs rely heavily on their top line, Mittelstadt is one of their few reliable depth options.

Jason's keeper pick is Rangers right winger Alexis Lafrenière, coming off a big five-point game against the Coyotes. The former top pick has really come into his own this season and may end the season with 30 goals.
