The Florida Panthers are set to face off against the Edmonton Oilers for Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final on June 9. The Panthers will look to stay hot after defeating the Oilers in Game 2 with Brad Marchand's double overtime-winning goal.

Game 3 is a massive one for the Panthers, as a win would give them a 2-1 series lead over the Oilers. However, for this to happen, they are going to need these three players to shine in Game 3.

    Matthew Tkachuk

Matthew Tkachuk will certainly be a Panther to watch in Game 3. The 27-year-old winger is well-known for stepping up in big matchups, and the Panthers will be hoping he does just that against the Oilers in Game 3.

Tkachuk was held off the scoresheet in Game 2 against the Oilers, so he will be aiming to change that in Game 3. In 19 games this post-season, the 6-foot-2 forward has five goals, 17 points, and a plus-4 rating.

    Aleksander Barkov

Aleksander Barkov has had a slow start to the Stanley Cup Final, as he has zero points and a minus-4 rating in two games thus far. With this, the Panthers will be hoping that the 29-year-old breaks through his cold streak and has a big Game 3 from here.

There is clear reason to believe that Barkov can bounce back in this matchup. He is one of the game's best players and has had an excellent post-season run with the Panthers, recording six goals and 17 points in 19 games. Due to this, don't be surprised if his offense comes back in Game 3.

    Sergei Bobrovsky

If the Panthers hope to win Game 3, they will need Sergei Bobrovsky to be playing at his best. He is coming off a solid Game 2 against the Oilers, saving 42 out of 46 shots in their double overtime win. He will now look to build off that from here in a massive Game 3 against Edmonton.

Bobrovsky has had a very good post-season for the Panthers, as he has a 13-6 record, a 2.21 goals-against average, and a .912 save percentage.
