Florida Panthers Announce Theme Nights For Home Games During Upcoming NHL Season
From Star Wars fun to 90s nostalgia, discover the seventeen unique celebrations hitting Amerant Bank Arena this season.
The calendar has flipped to August, which means we can officially say that hockey season starts next month.
With only a few weeks separating us from when players start to return to South Florida in anticipation of the Florida Panthers hosting their annual rookie camp and training camp, it makes sense that the team is already starting to gear up for the new season.
On Monday, the Panthers revealed some interesting information in regard to many of the home games they have scheduled at Amerant Bank Arena in the coming months.
This season Florida will be hosting 17 different themed nights during Panthers home games, starting with Opening Night on Oct. 10 against the Minnesota Wild.
This year’s themes include Star Wars, Military Appreciation, Hockey Fights Cancer, Panther Conservation, Autism Acceptance, Pride and Black History, as well as a 90s Night and a yet to be revealed mystery theme night.
Additionally, the Panthers announced that single game tickets will go on sale next week.
Territory Members will have access on Tuesday, Aug. 11, ’93 Society will have access the following day on Aug. 12, and then the general public can purchase single game tickets on Thursday, Aug. 13.

• DC Super Heroes Kids Day – Saturday, Feb. 20
• Mystery Theme Night (To Be Announced) – Tuesday, March 2
• Women’s Empowerment Night – Tuesday, March 9
• Panther Conservation Night – Friday, March 12
• Autism Acceptance – Tuesday, April 6
• Fan Appreciation – Saturday, April 10
